Build 200 Dalit Education Centers (DEC).
English medium primary schools. Cost: The average cost for land and the structure will be $100,000 each. The price of land is the largest expense. Please contact Jay if you are interested in the Revolving Land Fund.

Each DEC will also receive a Vocational Training Center for adults. Primarily VTCs are tailoring and computer training centers. Email Jay to help build a VTC.
